Learning about animals

In Primary education, and, moreover, at year 1, the main aim is to develop the oral skill, both in receptive and productive ways. We already knew many things about animals, and children wanted to express it in English.

During these last days, we had been creating kind of a zoo at the Arts&Crafts classroom. After that, we learnt how to take a good picture of our animal. Then, in pairs and using Educreations App, we asked our partner to describe their animals. Here is the final result.

Recicled toys

We have been working on the topic "Toys" in the last unit. First, in arts & crafts class, we constructed our own toy in groups, with recicled materials we have brought to the classroom. We wrote down the name of the toy, the materials we would need and finally the steps to follow. Now, Get to work!!



Moreover, to take advantage of this work, we reflected what we have learnt in english through the presentation below. We have learnt and enjoyed a lot with our work.
